It's a stylish hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Our rooms were clean and pretty spacious, the bathroom was also nice. There were a lot of amenities, like yukatas and pajamas we could rent for free. The public bath on the first floor was very relaxing after long hiking trips. The women' bath was protected by additional code that changed everyday so we could feel even safer. There were also vending machines with cold beverages and coin washing machines. The breakfast was tasty and convenient. After check-out we left our luggage in a storage for a few hours and there was no trouble, even though we had an excessive amount of it (we were leaving Japan that day after over 20 days). I would visit it again.

The hotel is located near the city center, within walking distance or by metro. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. The room was cleaned daily and was very thorough, but it was necessary to hang a special sign on the door every day. Breakfast was excellent. The food was delicious, and the menu was extensive.

Loved the size, definitely bigger than the usual Japan small room size. Bed was little small for two people, but manageable.

Location wise is excellent. Close to Sakae and walking distance to Nagoya castle which is a must do attraction in Nagoya. Nice small clean modern rooms set up mainly for businessmen. Staff were very nice and on the ground floor there is a nice public bath. Place wasn’t too crowded when I was there. Nagoya is not a main tourist spot so you don’t feel claustrophobic but not that many things to do hence Nagoya castle a must

The location is great and the price is also unexpensive. The room is clean and there are some convenient stores nearby. You can walk to "Sakae" in 10~15mins. Even it is not a very popular location but it's still convenient and quiet. The room is bigger than I expected! For this price, it's even larger than the typical hotel rooms in major Japanese cities. The hotel features a public bathhouse, which is very comfortable, although the water temperature in the bathhouse is a bit too high, haha.

The room is enough for the 2 of us and our luggage as well. We choose this place because of the affordable price and location is walkable to the nearest subway station. The staff were helpful to help us call taxi on our checkout day.

Room was tiny but very nice. Extra pillows available. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of options! We really liked the location, we could walk anywhere without problems.

This hotel is fantastic value for money. The rooms were new and well cleaned, with option to simply swap out towels also available. Each floor has extra pillows, robes and pyjamas available also. Breakfast was very generous and very tasty. The artificial hotspring was also welcome at the end of a long day. Good location - walking distance to two metro stations.
